SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless Review

This headset is horrible. I owned & operated it EXTREMELY CAREFULLY for about 6 months and now the microphone (which people already told me sounded horrible in-game) doesn't work AT ALL.

Weighing up between these, A50s, Arctis 7s and Cloud Flights for PS4 atm...

does it have the rgb lighting

Compared to sennheiser pxc550 in terms of listening to music???

Has anyone successfully install the additional software for this model? I tried everything that was advise by the support online, none work for me. I even reformated my computer to try again and yet it failed. My computer freeze when it start installing.

Does it mean i can use the headset to connect to my phone on bluetooth without the need of the transmitter?

I am wondering if, I am playing PS4 and chatting with my friends in a party, can I play music from my phone as well? so 3 separate simultaneous audio options, Game, Chat , Music. I can currently do this with my Turtle Beach PX51 and I use this feature all the time, but I have a cable running to the controller which is driving me nuts.
