Ответитьfirst time doing any ab workout and of course i clicked on the intense one looking forward to doing it daily
day 1 i almost gave up half way through but got to the end could not do that ab hold for a full minute tho
day 2 easier to do it the second time for sure but i do feel it more now (probably cause i jumped to an intense workout from nothing)

Day 1️⃣ - pretty easy, almost gave up at the end, definitely burned for a long time after completing the workout. Don’t see any difference.
Day 2️⃣ - got a little harder but pushed through. Stomach still burns after completing. Still don’t see any difference. Arms were sore.
Day 3️⃣ - got a little bit easier. Went by much faster. Stomach still burns. Don’t see differences yet.
Day 4️⃣ - got easier, but I felt unmotivated to do it today but still did it. Stomach is burning still! Bloating has gone down a little but no sign of abs.
Day 5️⃣ - was pretty easy, felt motivated to do it. Felt very fast! Don’t see a difference of abs besides bloating gone down a little
Day 6️⃣ - almost forgot to do it lol. Still burned. See a little progress. Completed without trouble.
Day 7️⃣ - almost forgot again haha but did it. Today burned a lot more than other days. Don’t see much progress.
forgot to do it because i got injured and broke my shoulder, and leg. i’m better now but i’m still recovering so sorry if i don’t update
I'm in decent shape but this was not easy. Great routine!

Day:5 rest day
