Today my doctor heated my lids with the Ocusoft device and expressed my glands. He said it was the worst he has ever seen, all paste and no oil. He said it would’ve made a good show on TLC for people that like to watch pastey stuff come out of things. Looks like I’m heading towards Doxocycline or Azithromycin. Thoughts or recommendations on that?

The best is a hot/cold gel back. Put the pack in a pot with just boiled water for 5 - 6 minutes, shake of the excess water, wrap in a clean tea towel and it stays warm for 20 minutes. The great thing about being a gel pack is you can shape it to you eyes shape.

I brought my son to an eye doctor because I noticed a little white bump inside his lower lid. The eye doctor said it’s a clogged Meibomian gland. He told me to use a Brueder twice a day. The only thing is it doesn’t look like the Brueder mask is touching near the area of the clogged gland, since it’s on the lower lid. Would the Brueder still be effective at releasing that clogged gland?

I just got the Bruder mask. 22 seconds in microwave, sit in my recliner for 10 minutes. My eyes then are delightfully watery. After a few minutes I blink heavily. I do it 2-3 times a day. My optometrist told me to use dry eye drops. It did nothing. This is a natural way to go and my red eyes are are much whiter.

I am using egg but never give a pressure to the eye, I just touch the eyelid using the egg shell. What do you think? I am hoping it is safe because it is very effective for me.

I recently purchased a Bruder mask. my eye doctor never explained to me that it could cause blurred vision after use. from everything I am reading, that means the mask has done its job.. is this true and will the blurriness go away? i dont want to damage my cornea and thats what im afraid of.

I got a Bruder eye mask and I always inspect what I buy by smelling it. The chemicals in the mask burned my throat and I wondered what they would do to may eyes. I tried to wash out the chemicals but it didn't work. So, it is going in the trash.

Great video. One issue that Im having with my warm compresses is that the skin around my eye goes super dry after a warm compress (i have a similar one to the one you were using) and it becomes painful to do the lid massages. any tips?

I'm experiencing blurry eye for like few days, then i tried using my mom's specs and then it was clear. But i haven't used specs for 22 years i had a good eye sight vision. Why is it blury? I don't think it's dry eyes cuz tear comes too. What should i do now?
