15 minute cities. No thank you.
ОтветитьWhy do I'm still living in California? 🙄
ОтветитьAre those houses built by those migrants?
ОтветитьDamn, that 220 home looks like my small apartment. Hell no
ОтветитьI hate how new homes have the kitchen and living room all open like an apartment.
I don't want to see the kitchen when watching the game
Why is it so affordable??.well u gonna flagged to find out . After u move in 😂😂
ОтветитьGorgeous city man
ОтветитьGreat video. Always add to it 100k because of upgrades you will find out you need
ОтветитьJesus Christ love you all my brother and sisters and have a special place for your hearts and soul.
John 14:2-6
In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
Jesus Christ see the pain and suffering he see the trauma you been through he see the manipulation your friends and family have put on you but he say.
Matthew 11:28-30
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Jesus Christ love you unconditionally 🥺🙏 more then house or materialistic thing on earth.
Nice prices. Make me wana move to texas. I'm going to wait next year i quality for S.S. I be 62. The 200's it all i need. 300's look good too.
ОтветитьThats my neighborhood!! 😂
ОтветитьI love the $220,000
ОтветитьHe said $499,000 NOT $400. and what does he mean "starter homes"? Most hard working people can't afford a $400,000.00 home.
ОтветитьI watched videos talking bad coments about lennar houses
ОтветитьToo much crime and blacks from Louisiana settled there. Houston can't give away homes....
Top 5 crime cities : Chicago, Los Angeles, Hotlanta, Houston and Baltimore.
Love this area but it floods.
ОтветитьLove this area but it floods.
ОтветитьAll you can get for $200,000 in England is a shoe box,🙏
ОтветитьWhich area please ?
ОтветитьIts cheap for a reason. Nobody wants to actually live there. It doesn't matter how big and nice the homes are
ОтветитьThat was a weak ass showing of the first house. Half ass walk trough
ОтветитьThis all looks nice, but what other expenses look like e.g. heating/cooling, Gas, water/sewage HOA etc?
ОтветитьI wish I could afford a 200,000 home. Unfortunately, as a retired teacher that’s way out of my price range. The prices for homes have increased dramatically over the last 10 years.
ОтветитьCibolo Texas any good homes in that area
ОтветитьPlease let us know about property taxes, thank you 😊
ОтветитьCan u do a video about buying home with land I’m looking for a home with some land
ОтветитьHouses are so cheap, what about wages though?
ОтветитьThat’s far as the North Pole. And nothing is 15 minutes in Houston. Houston is one hour from Houston.
Ответитьhow do we contact you
Ответитьjust out of curiosity are there ny options that are under 300 but higher than 220 with more sq. footage? i was hoping to find a place that might be under 300k but 1600-2k sq. footage?
ОтветитьAre all these homes part of an HOA? HOA's are horrible and I would never like to be part of one or be forced to be part of one.
ОтветитьHouston is a dump, a very high crime city. 1200 SQ Ft is like an apartment for $220K. Most of the houses are boxy look to it.
ОтветитьIn Canada these houses would be easily over $2 Million.
ОтветитьThat’s cheaper than the studio apartments I’m looking at in NYC, but I’d much rather have that than live in some non-walkable wasteland where every home looks the same.
ОтветитьI hope that insurance is not 12K a year. Check that out
ОтветитьIt’s cheap because they built it on a flood prone areas, you might want to tell people how much is the insurance cost per year also, and the built quality of the house are crapshoot
Ответить40% surly
ОтветитьI’m not sure that 1400 is 1 and a half times bigger than 1000. I might be wrong, but just saying
ОтветитьWatching this from Chicago makes me want to cry.
ОтветитьY’all get what y’all pay for. I’m sure most don’t get the bad experience, but my cousin had a horrible experience there with the builder. I’m currently in Meridiana on the 65ft lots, and I LOVE IT. But the price is high. What sucks is I recently got an offer for a nice pay bump in the woodlands which landed me on this video. I think I can absorb any issues financially, so that next gen is looking tasty for the price. Almost 200k less than what I paid.
ОтветитьBecause it floods
ОтветитьYou can always tell when a neighborhood is destined for ghettoville when there's high risk of flooding in that area and so many houses are put so close to each other. There's also a tendency of the houses being nice visually and in space but cheap in price. Within months this property will be infested with people who don't know how to take care of good things just want to live somewhere they can feel like they've accomplished something..but it'll all be downhill weeks after you move in.
ОтветитьDo you have to pay HOA
ОтветитьStay away from TAVOLA, the river floods in Hurricane season...tropical would probably do the same....you are welcome...it flooded during Harvey, bad!
ОтветитьAbsolutely not bad at all for a brand new home for $220K! Can't find a darn thing like that in Vegas!
ОтветитьOkay people, I know that the Houston metro area is HUGE. What are your favorite neighborhoods, sub-divisions, masterplan communities? I know about The Woodlands.
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьGood video 👌🏾
