as far as I know Robespierre did not actually coin the phrase: "Liberté Egalité, Fraternité" but instead merely popularised it.
I get the phrasing "coin phrase" is ambiguous, but it looks like the video tries to tell you he's the first one to actually come up with the saying

There is no doubt the revolution spiraled, but i find it funny how this period is so remembered as one of terror when it was the wealthy finally being oppresed by those they themselves just oppressed.
