ОтветитьOdds are if you are paying that much for a flight you could get enough money together for a card with lounge access.
ОтветитьMinor nitpick: JetBlue specifically doesn’t operate lounges because they want to reduce the cost of the seat itself (and therefore the ticket). And given more and more people are getting into other lounges (such as the Amex Centurion Lounges, which are dependent on credit card and not airline), it can easily be overlooked.
ОтветитьI have to admit that I really like your videos .
Hopefully you do a Video on Soutwesr, Jetblue and I forget the third airlines, but I think it would be a good Video.
I would have given the seat a 10 star rating
ОтветитьGreat video once again Jeb, thanks for the awesome content!
ОтветитьProblem being is you compare things to US carriers. Time to expand, like Finnair, Air France or eve Air Canada, let’s not even mention the Middle East airlines
ОтветитьBeen an AA executive platinum for years but the new alliance convinced me to try JetBlue (and Alaska) for the first time and I was really impressed. Anytime I can’t find an AA wide body transcontinental plane I’m taking JetBlue Mint
ОтветитьI just wish all jet blue seats reclined even a little bit. Miserable 3 hour late evening Flight without reclining.
ОтветитьFor sure worth if!
Ответитьjetblue's transforming from a low cost airline into a somewhat full service carrier, no other carrier is doing this at the moment
Ответитьtried booking from Boston to Vegas on this for 2. 125,000 points plus $2350! Expensive stuff. Great review.
ОтветитьLow cost carrier with business class. Now that’s convenient
ОтветитьStrikes me this Studio Arrangement is a lot like Sleeper Berths on Railroads like Amtrak here in the US! Very comfy 🥰 indeed!
Ответитьonly the 1st seat is "massive". looks like the other seats behind the first seats are narrow and cramped.
ОтветитьAlways sleep in a flight no matter if it’s day or night 😂
ОтветитьWhy are you so obsessed with storage?! What the hell do you need to store besides your phone and backpack.
ОтветитьI was sure.. You are going to meet sam on arrival...
ОтветитьI love how you keep running into Sam Chui on your travels. 🤣 Great video, Jeb - JetBlue looks like a great carrier. 🥰
ОтветитьI can see maybe jet blue buying larger planes in the future. Something like A330neo or a Boeing 787-8. So they can fly from jfk to Poland,Italy maybe even turkey. Jet blue is an example for American Airlines to follow.
ОтветитьLove the channel! But for so many of us, Mint just isn't available or a realistic option. My wife is from Ireland, and if we fly JetBlue from Sacramento connecting through JFK to Dublin, every JetBlue seat from SMF to JFK is economy. And every option from JFK to Dublin that works for us is an Aer Lingus Business class codeshare flight. For the same price as that, and sometimes $100-$200 cheaper, we can fly United with 2 stops. It's faster because every JetBlue flight we have is a redeye, and then it's the world's longest layover at JFK. It's First Class on United all the way to Newark and then Polaris from Newark to Dublin. Do I want to have 2 stops? No. But it's better than being in an economy seat for 1/2 of my flight time.
ОтветитьLong flights on small planes (A220, A320, B737) might be good for the airlines profit books but NOT the passengers comfort!
ОтветитьGreat video as always...thanks for your insight.
ОтветитьJetBlue is one of my favorite airlines for traveling in economy. I haven't flown Mint yet, but hopefully in the future I will. The seats in economy are some of the comfiest in my opinion especially since I have a bad back and a misaligned hip. The leg room is optimal. The snacks and drinks are some of the best as they have quite a bit of variety that other airlines don't have. Their terminal at Long Beach is so unique, I love how open the whole airport there is. I love seeing the plane names and the tail colors. I flew on "Big Blue People Seater" and "Blue Bayou". The crews are amazing and so nice. I wish they flew to more destinations out of my home airport Seattle though, but despite that JetBlue is amazing and one of the best airlines in the US for domestic flights, hoping to try them out on a international flight as well.
ОтветитьI want to sign up for jet blue business is it worth it to have the many seats and what are some of the perks of being a jet blue business class member
ОтветитьHell yea! Thanks for the shoutout Jeb, as a pilot it always reminds me how lucky we all are to be in this amazing field of profession whenever someone gives us a thank you.
ОтветитьThe angle of the seats facing away from the window is enough for me to avoid Jet Blue Mint. Virgin Atlantic that had the same arrangement and not being able to readily look out the window was a horrid experience. Fortunately Virgin is changing their configuration due to customer displeasure, but someone at JetBlue was not paying attention. There are far better ways to jump the pond.
ОтветитьJust flew jetblue not even close to being IMPRESSED! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY LOST MY LUGGAGE FIRST AND LAST TIME I TAKE A FLIGHT WITH JET FREAKING BLUE!!!!!!!🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
ОтветитьIts funny to see wealth gap from the back to front.
ОтветитьLmao do a mid class or low class next time before you say this airline is good not everyone is good from the first class
Ответитьnahhh that wasn't Sam chui!
ОтветитьI, actually, watched Sam's "Mint" video before I watched yours. Although I liked both videos, Sam did point out the lack of food service for economy flyers from L.A. to NYC. That flight is too long to just have access to snacks but no meal.
What do you think?
Very nice video
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответитьsam chui
ОтветитьI would book it, but difficult to actually get!
ОтветитьI don’t like how the seats are all slanted at that angle.
ОтветитьJetBlue transatlantic flights will change the game, they already out pace one of the top 3 big US airlines for transcontinental flights in a such a short time, my guess is give it a year or 2 and they will do the same for transatlantic
ОтветитьWhen I go to London this is the way I want to travel. ❤️💕❤️
ОтветитьBeautiful production/editing and enjoyed seeing Sam Chui in the wild.
ОтветитьMy friend works for JetBlue and has me as his travel buddy so I get to fly for free on any JetBlue flight. I’ve flown Mint (regular not studio) and it was great. Even economy it’s really the best airline. Can’t wait to go to the UK for free
ОтветитьI remember flying onTWA as a kid.
ОтветитьHi jeb I absolutely love how transparent you are when it comes to sponsors and affiliate programs 🙂👍
ОтветитьHi Jeb, love your videos. Could you have used the AA Admirals club? I recently looked into booking a transcon flight on AA and many of their flights were posted as operated by JetBlue. With a JetBlue flight, booked through AA and AA flight #, makes me think you would of had access to flagship lounge or at least admirals club if booked via AA. Could you please advise if this is accurate or not. Thanks!
