What color is the clasp on the 2nd whoop strap that you unboxed?

Just go one and its not lighting up when I tap. Do I need to charge it first?

may have been asked, can you use the band as a bicep band or have to purchase it separately? I work in surgery and cant wear something around my wrist

Be absolutely clear that Whoop’s sleep tracker is highly flawed. Last night it recorded that I was “awake” for 4 hours and 35 minutes. Absolute nonsense.

I can't get the blue light to blink no matter what I do. I think I just flushed money down the toilet. I'm not happy.

I’ve been trying to tap the whoop 4 to connect and it simply will not:(

I didn’t receive an up-cycle kit and was told that they no longer include up-cycle kits. I was also never told there wouldn’t be an up-cycle kit, and was actually led to believe I would get an up-cycle kit throughout the waiting process. I called about 3 times, and it seems like no body at WHOOP really cares until people speak out - like this is something to “reprimand” or “discipline” members.

I have seen so many mixed reviews about the 4.0 in videos that, after receiving it today, I find a pattern in negligible customer interaction and continuous unspoken, seemingly intentional, undelivered quality and motive to frustrate members - either but part or all of the company executives.

I hope you are enjoying your 4.0 and I am sorry for a long comment. I just invested too much of my time and love into WHOOP to not go crazy about what I received and when.

Great review and unboxing! Got mine yesterday and I must say the new bands feel way more premium and softer… I understand the impatient people over at the Whoop reddit still waiting for it, but to those peeps, you aren’t missing on much. Really like the vibrating alarm you can set up, definitely woke me up this morning! Keep it up bro👍🏼
