JavaScript BRACKETS: What Are The Differences? | Parentheses, Curly Brackets, Square Brackets

It's amazing how many coding/javascript tutorials assume too much of a beginner. Here is a beginning video trying to explain the various brackets, yet in what should be a simple video, the speaker mentions methods, functions, arrow functions, parameters.....Not good for beginners.

I have a question, for the curly bracket function for containing object data. why its not called the block scope?
