I agree with the lawyer
Ответить1. why is specifically this teacher arrested? and not the others? 2. there were 2 kids near the kid the whole time, and they just watched him drown. 3. how the hell the school denying negligence? what is this then? when a kid is drowning in class, when the teacher have to watch them every second. but still, how they arrested only one teacher? every teacher had to watch the kids.
ОтветитьBro really.....charges..... it's not like she didn't have any other kids in there with her... it's a fckn accident!!!! People are getting charged with everything these days!!!
ОтветитьYou OK?😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😢
ОтветитьThat woman in the blue seen him she then acts like if she wasent looking then turn back around and kept eyes on him but she didn’t help him just because he’s not ure child moms adults need to protect any child help each other out but I see that not everyone is like that and there’s evil people that don’t care
ОтветитьWow smh that ridiculous
Ответитьwhen i was 11 i went to a beach i tried swimming and i got very far away and then i realised i cant swimmed i was really far away then i started drowning a coudnt ask for help cuz i was under water i thought that was the end of me i started crying but some guy came and pulled me thank god cuz of him i didnt die i have more to live
ОтветитьAll those people near him and NOBODY REACTED UNTIL IT WAS ALMOST TOO LATE??
ОтветитьYes this is why I would never let my child swimming with any adults without my presence! Adults don't know how to recognize that a child is drowning! I saw one and the guys around me though the kid was ok because he would not scream for help. The thing is a child drowning can't call for help and is usually a silent death.
ОтветитьOmg these adults are true idiots.
ОтветитьWatch the video again! Those teachers are watching those children! Their job is also to teach them how to swim therefore there are not enough teachers in the pool to teach all those children
Ответить😭😢🥺😩😥😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🫡 🇸🇳 🇸🇧
ОтветитьI think I'll on the news because today I almost ddowned
ОтветитьTwo of my cousins tried drowning them and I told my parents but my parents didn’t really care much.
Ответитьof course the family wants free money and are putting a civil lawsuit. How to make money out of your kid 101
ОтветитьKind of feel bad for the teacher. They expect 3 ladies to watch over 20 kids who can’t swim in a pool. Get them a few lifeguards or something, their parents are probably already paying a fortune to send their kids.
ОтветитьI remember before the new update we had to walk under water. Now with the new aquatic update we can finally swim!
ОтветитьSo un-organized. You can see how the kids and teachers are all over the place, and life guards were there either.
Ответитьart me on
ОтветитьWhy is she like smirking in her pic
ОтветитьHi
Ответитьbro these teachers have 0 ratings
ОтветитьNo no no no no👎🏾
ОтветитьMy mom used to throw me in the pool
When I was like 6. And we learned how to swim on our own, but she never left our side.
i died when i was 95 but now im a baby that knows how to swim like a pro
Ответитьjust watching this video horrifies me it remind me about the time my family and i went to a hotel with a swimming pool there was layers of the pool which it would get steeper and i went to the steepest part without realizing only after i had experienced it i tried screaming for help but because the water was there it made it hard for me to scream and i had to find a way to get out but it was too steep luckily i kept scaling the surface until i could pull my body out i cant imagine how it would've turned out if i actually drowned i feel so lucky to have gone out that pool the feeling of trying to gasp for air as the steepness of the water weighs you down is unfathomable i am deeply traumatized but i hope to get over it someday😂 😅
ОтветитьOooooo😱
ОтветитьHope the kid swim again after this traumatic event
ОтветитьEveryone tought that kid just faking dying but no
ОтветитьSack
ОтветитьThe person who drowned is your mom hahaha hahaha
ОтветитьGuess what I wish the person who drowned was the part of Jeffy can I have a Jeffy puppet
ОтветитьPicina cheia, e as pessoas não viram que a criança tava se afogando.
ОтветитьBest thing to do as a swim instructor is have the parents stay there with the child and take one child into the pool at a time well at least one child per swim instructor while the others wait so yes this swim school is negligent
ОтветитьWhyyyy oh whyyyyyy
ОтветитьIt is like sonic drowning proup
ОтветитьALL those adults were at fault!
ALL those children should've been sitting with their BACKS AGAINST THE WALL... or bench... while waiting their turn!...
The Schools is DEFINITELY at fault!
(However, as a parent... I would NEVER leave my child at a swim school without me watching!)
Why wouldn’t they have a life guard on duty who has the job of constantly scanning the water? Teachers conducting lessons are distracted. Too many kids — too few adults.
If a life guard is on duty whose sole job is to scan the pool—this crap would be less apt to happen. As it is—the school is negligent because they did not take this simple step.
Thats not a small pool but there should have been more teachers monitoring
ОтветитьAbsolutely atrocious. Poor kid : ((
ОтветитьSo scary I almost cried because those people are so mean and I am crying right now I mean it 😢, so sad I'm going to cry waaaaaaaaaaa
ОтветитьThis happened to me was when i was 9 years old, it was my cousin's 18 birthday we we're celebrating her birthday on a resort where there was a sea and a pool we had fun and then it was finally to go swim at first we went to the pool first we had fun and me and my older brother we're playing in the pool we had fun and then we we're playing tag in the pool we we're laughing and had a lot of fun and then my cousins and my old brother switch to the 6ft pool and i was lonely in the 2ft pool so i went to with them i was just holding my hand on the thing where you get out on the pool and me and my older brother we're fighting trying to get up so he pushed me away and my hand slip and good thing i managed to hang on the walls and my brother know how to swim and swim on me and pull my feet and my hand slip and i wanted to grab the walls but i couldn't reach it and my brother was laughing at me i was drowning he thought i can swim since i know how to swim but backwards. I feel like i was gonna die and my time has come. My eyes were almost darken and my lungs we're hurti ng i couldn't breath and then my older cousin grab me and then put me in the floor hoping I'm still breathing or alive my brother was guilty after what happened to me everyone was mad and my brother was scolded for trying to drown me he said it was a joke and i couldn't forgive him i was scared and traumatized now i don't like pools. And rather to shower in the bathroom instead of pool.
ОтветитьImpressed for
ОтветитьCall me over protective mom but my children before they could swim never went into water without me watching practically hand in hand! I’ve lost 2 family members to drownings it’s 100% avoidable!!
ОтветитьLittle story : ( DISCLAIMER- I CANNOT SWIM!) I just went to a water park last month and there was an absolute gigantic water slide. It was so big you must have a donut float to go down it. If not, you aren’t allowed to enter the slide. Well I used a two person floaty every time I went on it, (usually with my best friend.) well when my friends were off somewhere else I went by myself, big mistake. When I was only about 5 feet down the slide, the water was going so fast it knocked the floaty down from underneath me and it felt like I was going to fall out the slide. (There we’re a lot of curves and bumps) so I put my hands against the walls of the slide and right at the very bottom/end, I stopped. So I jumped into the pool, still struggling to get out the pool cuz I can swim. (Pool was about 6 feet deep.). So yep :) never going on a big slide again :3
ОтветитьI Love Bouncing Up And Down And Up And Down😉
ОтветитьThese kids don’t know how to swim, they are just learning, the teacher to student ratio should be much higher. You cannot leave kids who cannot swim unattended, very negligent.
ОтветитьThis looks very very scary
Ответитьone day i almost drawnded and i servived i was lucky
ОтветитьI almost drowned into a pool but I left myself up
