GAME SINS | Everything Wrong With Resident Evil Village

Chris Redfield has smoked since the original Resident Evil but when the game released in America they censored Chris smoking despite the game being rated M.

I think that Resident Evil Village takes place somewhere in Romania due to the meals that the Duke cooks are mostly Romanian Dishes. Plus the monster names are based off of Romanian Folklore.

It’s not great, but it’s the best I could do without the backing of a multi million dollar company with an entire team of writers.

I feel like the ending shouldn't have Ethan be made of mold. Maybe he use the Crystalized Heisenberg Treasure he gets from the boss fight and attempts to heal himself with a first aid med to quickly give him a makeshift heart. The Evelin dream could then be Ethan subconsciously acknowledging he won't make it in the end.

One thing I hate is that the Lord's and Flasks is designed to be done in any order. It isn't, but it's structured like that.

The biggest issue that bugged the shit out of me was in 7 there was literally 2 separate endings were Mia dies… but yet immediately retcons those endings in 8… why give those ending options if they don’t mean jack shit in the next game?

Assuming that his power is magnetism, there's a reason for that. Only 3 kinds of metal are magnetic - namely iron, cobalt, and nickel - and most guns - especially modern guns - aren't made of those metals. The only gun in the game I can think of that might - keyword "might" - be made of iron is the M1911, but that gun isn't available AFTER Heisenberg captures Ethan.

sin 20: language - my guess is they all speak romanian here, but Ethan and Mia moved there like what, 2-3 years ago? So I guess they learned the language. But for our convenience, they speak english in game.

I think Miranda purposefully caused the truck to crash when she was near the village. I know the game yadda-yadda'd over it and could've definitely explained, but my thought was that she was only playing dead (as we see that it takes a lot more than bullets to kill her) and she does have crazy powers and shit. Beneviento's section was the best part for first time run. Then it became the worse part for recurring replays, sadly you need to replay this game at least 4 times to unlock everything.

Also how the body was separated into the flasks- Like I can't see a six-month old baby's head being able to fit in that. Maybe one leg, but not both, and definitely not the torso.

Sin 72: I believe the reason Rose is the perfect vessel for Eve is that her father WAS the mold believing that it's Ethan, so she was born half Megamycete. Ethan wasn't infected since Jack killed him very quickly, Ethan was all mold for what amounts to that entire game. At least that was my understanding of the end of these two.
