There So manny things they adapt to their Life to keep their Body fit strong and Healthy that myself i find back and is backed up in Bible scripture because are Body Is A Tempel of the Holy Spirit the Comforter and we have to take good care of it ,we can learn so much from other tribes in different parts of The World ,i remember one day i had to visit a dokter and this was a chinees man and i told him where i had pain and a problem and he only looks from under his dokters glass than made the a espression with his hand as " one that puts food in youre mouth " than shook his head lolol😅 🧑🏻‍🏫 i like how a lot of people of the region can "listen or hear well without speaking to much words " some can hear you without you even had said a word "🥰 meaning i was eating bad or i had a bad eating habit after that i started to change my diet and i started to do more research about food .But we need to Continue to pray for the People of The Regions of Asia because there the one satan that hates all mankind will find ways to attack people in the areas where God has given them a gift ,for example a lot of the dieet they eat is healthy but there are still some things that satan introduced to their diet that are not Healty especialy some attitives to preseve food but that is a problem we have now all around the world not only in the reagion of Asia but all around the world i believe that the reason why a lot of them are maybe less affected by sone of these addatives is be cause they do drink a lot of Thee that flushes some of these attitives out and they take their baths and steambathes as you see in the video ,it you have knowledge about what foods or vegetables or fruits to eat that cleanses the body you can sooner flush that stuff out with the Power of God because we can not to nothing without Him ,but what if you get to much attitives in youre body and you dont eat those foods that have the Blessing of God that help to get rid of toxins and chemical attitives that dont do youre body good and gets stuck in youre body and are to heavy for youre kidney or liver to handle than we have a problem manny problems i believe that can lead ,kidney problems ,liver failure , Cholesterol and Pleaque stuck on the inside of youre vains wich can lead to trombose or highblood preasure and skinproblems ..JESUS Saves.
