Can we use readymade print of sigil from google

Hey I have some questions :)
1- do i have to cross repeating letters until i have only one left ? Like for example, the word "Alaska", do i have to cross 2 a's out of 3 to only end up with one a ?

2- can i just make my sigils and put them on a piece of paper that I'm gonna cut in a round shape ? Or does it have to be on a piece of wood ?

3- can i make multiple sigils and just carry them around with me throughout the day ? put them under my pillow or in my phone case ? Or can i just leave it on my night stand or something like that
