Ответитьdamn this is tough and I thought I went to the gym - I was searching for a longer plank workout variations than what I have been doing but it's hard to find a good one and one that puts a timer for each section so thanks so much for that !
ОтветитьI want you to know I adore this workout! I practice planks every day and I have jello arms! We said our arms were shaking at the exact same time. One of my favorites. Gonna practice this one and get really good at it. Thank you dear 😘

ОтветитьThis is my second 30 day challenge that i'm doing with you and my body has change so much!!! My shoulders, arms, legs and stomach are toned. I have always been very slim but not toned and fit like I am today, so thank you for the great exercises Maddie!!

ОтветитьI did it without dropping my knees( im shaking I can´t almost even write ). At first I had to drop in each variation but after doing it for a few days I got stronger and made it throught the whole workout. So don´t give up guys!

Of course what you eat also matters, and also your actitud but just to say thanks for your videos darling, I really appreciate them!

ОтветитьI now know why you are called mad fit because it is mad you can make it through that without dropping plank at all 😭 amazing! I’m going to save this one and try it every three months and work up to being able to do it all without dropping plank like you!

ОтветитьI've been excited to try this workout! And it didn't disappoint! My abs are burning! Unfortunately I was interrupted by sweaty/slippery mat and lost of Internet connection, yet I got right back into it. Definitely gonna try it again. Love when you get creative in workouts, thanks lots Maddie 💕!
