How to Setup VS Code, HomeBrew, Xcode Command Line Developer Tools, C, C++, Python in M1 MacBook

hey hi apurv , whenever I run the c++ code ; the VS appears with a popup where it tells me to download some software telling me following things
1) The "g++" command requires the command line developer tools.
2)The "clang" command requires the command line developer tools 
Whenever I start the download it shows me a huge waiting time of almost 80 Hrs on the "g++" popup and
24 minutes on the "clang" popup
please help me.

when i install homebrew it does not say xcode line tools will be installed

In my vscode when I'm running different languages code/file in a single folder I have to change that run python code or run code over the top right corner with the triangle sign and you just have to click the triangle and you have made a cpp and python file in a single folder and you just have to click on the triangle sign and it is automatically taking run code or python I also want the same thing help me out!!!

if any version of brew (in my case python) is not installed. Then how to install it ?

Hi, I just installed VSCode in my MacBook Air m1 and trying to learn python
after installing code runner and creating a sample print( ) code and hitting run code in OUTPUT
it says "/bin/sh: python: command not found [Done] exited with code=127 in 0.008 seconds

When installing Homebrew, if you already have XCode and command-line tools installed, will Homebrew install another instance of the command-line tools? If so, will there be any conflict? Can one of them be removed?
