ОтветитьThanks for taking the time to do this. I'll be starting construction very soon.
ОтветитьJust finished my coop here in Texas. My design was based on your coop. Thanks for sharing. I do have a question. My chicks are now 5 weeks old. How did you teach them to go up the ramp in the coop at dark? They don't have a problem going down in the morning. I can't seem to get them to go up at dusk.
ОтветитьHi! I have a few questions,Any problems with predators, 4 legged or with wings? What did you do?Do you or is it OK to use outdoor wood? Maybe in a limited use like ground contact? Covered with paint? Is it OK to collect rain water from the roof for their drinking water?Thank-you very much for your time.3:16
ОтветитьThanks so much for posting a set of plans! I plan on designing my own coop, but I wanted a solid starting point; this should be perfect. Thanks again. Liked, subscribed, and added to playlist.

Ответитьhow do you keep them warm in this coop?
ОтветитьA black lab!! Great dogs. How is bloody mary doing?
ОтветитьGod has richly blessed you! TFS I love the videos. Don't have chickens yet but you never know! Beautiful coop.
ОтветитьI sent my husband to your videos over the winter knowing we were getting our ladies in the spring. They are 3 weeks old now and your timing for the plans is perfect! The coop was our plan this weekend. Thank you so much for sharing.
ОтветитьThank you so so so so much!
ОтветитьI may have missed this but how long does it take to build this coop?
ОтветитьWould the chickens fly out if I didn't put a roof up and the walls were 4ft high?
Ответитьhow much hardware cloth did you need?
ОтветитьGod has richly blessed you!
ОтветитьI love your coop, but I do have a question. I am thinking of getting 6 or 8 hens and am wondering, if the 4x4 coop would be a little tight, for that many birds. I am leaning towards stretching it out, to 8x4. I have never had chickens, before, so I have no idea the actual size, I need. Any help would be appreciated. I figure, you have already done most, of the thinking, for me, through your videos, so why not ask. No, really, thanks, for all of your help.
ОтветитьI am on 19/21. Thank you for playlists. :)
ОтветитьNew to chickens....I have a question...when they lay eggs...do they each need a spot or do they share? Thank you
ОтветитьWhat is the rule of thumb for size of coop for ten chickens?
Ответитьif i would buy a chicken coop from like a hardware store do you have any recommendations
ОтветитьHi familydad! I'm a huge fan of what you've done on your channel and am looking to take your recommendations on building this same chicken coop! May I ask, now about 4 years later - is there anything you would change or do different after running this coop all this time? Thanks again!!!
ОтветитьVery nice. I pray that I can build one like this(never built anything before), but before I call a handyman I try to fix it first and 80% of the time it fix. Thanks for sharing👏👏👏
ОтветитьHello, thank you for posting the plans! I was wondering how many chickens this holds. I don't want to make it too small for my girls.
Ответитьhey ,if anyone else is searching for side coop plans try coop magic tactic (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got cool results with it.
ОтветитьThank you for the plans
ОтветитьGreat vedio!!! I watched your vedio on chicken door. I need to get portable coop-run as I have lots of grass and room. I now have 9 roosters and only 3 hens! Need to take roosters to the freezer. Hen now setting on eggs will have baby chicks about 19 days from now. Great coop and run!!! Thanks for the plans!!! Will ck cost of materials as all have gone up greatly.
ОтветитьWhere's the vents? Even chickens need ventilation.
ОтветитьWhere are the plans?
ОтветитьAnyone have a link to the plans? The link on the description appears to be dead
ОтветитьI really would like these plans but the site will not open
