Fix Update KB5017383 Not Downloading/Installing On Windows 11,Fix Can't Update Windows 11 KB5017383 update, Fix Error when installing Update KB5017383 On Windows 11
Step 1) Run Update Troubleshooter
Step 2) Restart Windows Update & Background intelligent transfer service
Step 3) Use Windows 11 Installation Assistant

Step 4) Use Microsoft Update Catalog
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
Step 5) Reset Windows Update Components
SC config trustedinstaller start=auto
net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop msiserver
net stop cryptsvc
net stop appidsvc
Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren %Systemroot%\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
regsvr32.exe /s atl.dll
regsvr32.exe /s urlmon.dll
regsvr32.exe /s mshtml.dll
netsh winsock reset
netsh winsock reset proxy
rundll32.exe pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DRIVERS /MAXCLEAN
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /CheckHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
Sfc /ScanNow
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start msiserver
net start cryptsvc
net start appidsvc

Name it Wufix.bat
Right-click on the Wufix file and click Run as administrator
Restart your PC
Step 6) Use Media Creation Tool

Thanks sir it worked for me by using windows assistant
But it download windows.old folder which is 27 GB of size so I should delete it or not ?

Thanks very much N0 5 instruction works for me but update my WiFi networks is no longer connected any help and also am still 21H22/22000.1042, when I tired to using loading the manually i got This PC doesn't currently meet windows 11 system requirements, Here is why; The processor isn't supported for this version of Windows.
