You can easily get about 5 to 8 blue mages, and spam turn 2. JKick death the adds till ADS and once you reach ADS moon flute+ whistle+ tingle (optional)+ off guard, and all blue mages final sting. Takes about 35 to 40 seconds a run for 3 tomes. Easy peasy :D

I always just do a mix of things and more heavily pvp to also get wolf marks since this is basically the only time anyone ever does it lol

note riding maps only make you faster on the ground, so once you can fly they're useless.

1 tank 7 blue mages spam turn 2 in coil of bahamut with missile whistle moon flute and final sting... runs should take less than a minute or two at most 3 irregular tomestones per run.

Having everyone with level 5 death and tingle can also speed it up further, was doing 35 second runs with a good group earlier.
Missile down anything but final boss, for final boss each blue mage and moon flutes, whistles and final stings, should hit for 28-60k+ depending on crits, dont accept rez after boss dies, just leave instance... also if you somehow fail, leave instance anyways to remove brush with death.

You could reasonably just solo turn 2 if you're high enough level

Binding Coil turn 2 can be farmed by BLU for approx 90/hr... Just sayin'

the ARR beast tribe mounts are 120,000 gil each, so you can save money by just buying them with moogle tomes now

Unpopular opinion, I wish they would introduce another Castrum, Praetorium style raid. I know they are a pain in the ass but having only those two gets really dull. They should add another just to mix it up.

I will farm this event I NEED a mount that fit with my character and the Byakko mount is the right one.

The oswicca caster set is a blessing, been farming compass for 2 years and never managed to get it myself.

There are so many people grinding The Binding Coils Turn 2 that it is an instant join with a 2-4 minute average run. Not bad for 3 tomes per run. Just copy/past a message about passing the Rot for ADS so no wipes happen. Made the 100+ very quickly and painlessly.

Bahamut 2 is the best for farming - it had 4 enemies and you are done, it's pretty fast to farm dong just that. You can get a lot more done in the time you would get 1 Pretorium run

As a new player, just going to do the daily main story duty for 10 moogle tomes before work each day while leveling :)

8x BLU's doing Coil2 takes about 30-40 seconds per run for 3 tomes. I didn't even have BLU unlocked when this event started, and now i have gotten like 400 tomes so far. Took me about an hour to power level to 70, and then the rest of a day getting the spells i need.

How many times are they going to make Preatoreum give the best rewards and not offer some variety?

Coils 2 seems like a good way to farm them - I dont usually have to wait more thana minute for it to pop and takes maybe 4-5 minutes to finish it, for 3 tomes.

I got to the praetorium just now in MSQ and I was wondering why people were rushing like crazy (and extremely OP), I GET IT NOW.

ngl that jacket doesn't look...great....but screw it, I'll get it. Going to go for all of the mounts too. Luckily I did the majority of the ARR beast tribes and in the process of finishing up what I haven't, so I won't have to worry about those.

The Bonwicca helm is top tier fashion for the mage classes imo. I was lucky enough to get it as a drop a good while back, and it's one of the rare helms that actually work on Viera. So I've been wearing it on my summoner fashion.

This was perfect. I just wish I had more than 3 hrs to farm after finishing the MSQs.
