If ur gamer that wants a good mic i recommend to spend no less than 50 bucks eg seiren mini solocast and snowball ice best 3 cheap mics for gaming not streaming

I stream with just a normal Blue Yeti. I really like it. I was debating between that and the Quadcast. Ended up getting the yeti because it was on sale for $100. However, I do think the Wave 3 is the best looking. Looks kind of retro to me and I like that. As far as Razer goes, I don't think I'd ever buy a Razer product that isn't a headset. I have the leviathan soundbar which sounds great, but it started going wrong like, a couple months after getting it. And I was gonna get a ripsaw HD but I read online that they can be kind of a hassle to get to work right. But another solid video by The Techne. Good job man. I bought a blue yeti a couple days ago anyone recommend any good setting for the microphone?

I currently have a snowball from blue and I’m thinking of upgrading to the wave 3

I just want to know if I need something to connect the microphones to a pc/laptop, like an audio mixer, or I can connect it straight?

Would you recommend the At2020 USB+? if not what should I get for a mic around this price range?

honestly I would go with the yeti x just cause how simple it is to use out the box, with the wave 3 (just bought yesterday) I had some trouble setting up the software and it also wasn't going well with my wireless headset

so after the research in this video I'm going to go with the yeti x man I just love the design thank you for helping with my choice!

Love my blue yeti x! New software update ads the option for Nvidia voice straight through the mic software. And it works fantasticly! Blocks out unwanted background noise very well. And blocks most of keyboard noise as well. Still gets me slammimg my desk in anger tho lol! Great mic for sure!

The Wave is best if you're looking to stream just because of Elgato's software, but I personally like the Yeti more.

Blue yeti comes with a hefty pricetag but they're made cheap. They're built to break and break easily.

Toss up for me, blue yeti and elgato but I was looking for your pinned comment and didn’t see it. I’m leaning toward the blue yeti myself after hearing it here. I want the more radio sound with nice lows but still good highs. I really want a comparable mic to the one in my valve index vr headset… I’ve been using that one to record videos and it sounds amazing. It’s comparable to the blue yeti in my book.

which one would pick up the least amount of background noise? my pc is loud and lots of noise around me. just want it to pick up my voice

Really thinking I'm going to go with the HyperX, since I like to have my microphone in my shot when I stream. and it does look fantastic. Might be a little tricky with settings to get the quality as good as the elgato. but I think it's worth it.

I personally own the blue yeti nano and it does ok but have to mess with voicemeeter banana to get the lows I want. If the wave 3 have been available I would have bought that.

condenser mics are not good for the vast majority of people who stream unless you have a quiet space with good acoustics

so i have a mic issue with my hyperer X quad cast , when i say something loud, it would cut the sound fully, been copying peoples ideal settings but it still cuts the sound

You can buy a foam pop filter cover for the Yeti. I have the Yeti and a Hyper X I like both mics
