On one hand they sound reasonable and quite nice, but then with the next breath they are complaining about bus journeys and paper plates, calling their treatment 'inhumane'. For people who are said to have fled terrible conditions, all this complaining does not sound logical. In fact, even for someone who would not have fled terrible conditions, that level of complaining sounds pretty off. Bus journeys are normal (ok, not fitting in a seat might make it more problematic..) and paper plates is something many campers as well as children's birthday organisers are happily familiar with.
