Account Required??
It was a simple question, but there is no information stating you must have an account before you can pair the device. When I tap on the machine icon in the upper right hand corner, the only options I have are to sign in or create an account.
I cannot find a Nespresso app on appstore on iPhone. I can only find ”Nespresso middle east” and ”Vertu connect” but neither of these won’t find my machine.
ОтветитьApp crashes as soon as you click my macine > Add then the app just crashes, both on S23, Nothing phone (1) and Galaxy tab S7 FE.
Also i cannot register the machine since the website says the serial number is not a machine, we have octo checked that we type the correct serial
I realized my machine, the Nespresso Vertuo Plus, does not connect to your phone. The Nespresso Vertuo Next is the only Nespresso coffee machine that has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. It’s confusing because they send one booklet with directions that don’t apply to your machibe

ОтветитьI’ve got the same problem. Doesn’t connect to the WiFi. Just says wrong password. Not very good when you spend money on a product and it doesn’t work. I was also told that pod samples would be included in the box but these were also missing.
ОтветитьThis is a scam do not buy the app is broken and does not show the pair machine icon at all. After reading the comments it only then becomes clear that it is only available in certain country's why is this not indicated in the video or anywhere in the manual or on any other form of documentation this is absolutely the poorest service and documentation that I have ever seen.

ОтветитьThis video makes no mention of turning on bluetooth on the machine itself! Which the user manual of the machine does!?... Either way, I've tried every combo I can think of, and still no joy with pairing. Error 1303 is all I get!

Dear Nespresso you are making great coffee capsules but Vertuo Next is very problematic. My device has just returned from the repair in service and the technician claims that Bluetooth connectivity works. I've just tested it and it did not worked for me using Android 13 and Samsung phone. I'm getting "Error 1303" all the time. All in-app claimed privileges are granted, Vertuo is on, my Android is up to date, mobile is laid on top of the Vertuo as in this video.
So:
- how to check if Bluetooth is active on Vertuo?
- what is typical BT Vertuo identifier?
- why in manual, prior to pairing method, is given option for switching BT on/off while it is by default ON?! It breaks the process immediately! Furthermore, in my opinion, it should be transferred after Section 16.
But..., surprisingly, when I used my backup very old Huawei P9 featuring Android 7 system, all pairing succeeded as a charm. What the heck?!
I think you have to carefully revise The Manual and check compatibility of the Nespresso app across variety of devices including newest apparatus.

ОтветитьSpent 30min trying every possible way in the app and "suggestion" on the Internet, still nothing worked, I keep getting an error and call to support doesn't even connect. The only thing I regret are those 30min of my life I'll never get back. Should have stuck with my dolce gusto 🤷
ОтветитьNot working. Can not connect it to wifi it says my wifi password is wrong. Called the support and they told me there is not much doing about it as long as its brewing correctly. That was the dumbest answer ever!!!

ОтветитьI take it all back. Just done I with no problem. Just had to confirm Bluetooth in the Nespresso app, then it works fine.

ОтветитьYeah this doesn't work at all. Bought brand new. Did everything from resetting machine, unpairing, reinstalling, making sure Bluetooth on both device and machine. This pairing process is 0/5 stars.

ОтветитьDoing this does absolutely nothing for you. There is really no purpose to pair your device to the coffee machine…. I’ve looked and read everywhere and the only thing I can take from this is they are using the info to track you and your Nespresso account. There is no functionality gained or options you can do remotely or over wifi or Bluetooth
