I did almost the same mod as you lol. I left the side skirt and rear splitter stock just to break up the carbon. Our spec is almost the same, I did not get the extended Leather but opt in for the frozen pure gray metallic:)

I’d say price of parts is more related to quantity of units sold. A G80 M3 is a much more niche car than a Civic. The rest of the price inflation is because the car is expensive and manufacturers price parts accordingly since the consumer base must have some level of expensive income.
