Wait can someone explain to me how Azir is racist? I thought he didn't view slaves as lesser but had to put up a facade to remain emperor until his ascension, but by then it was too late and Xerath went through with his plan. Xayah deserves to go in Qiyana tier imo. Most obnoxious champ in the game. And Sylas absolutely is a villain. Just because someone's part of a minority/disadvantaged group or oppressed, doesn't mean they can't be evil. That's the entire point of Sylas as a character, he's supposed to exemplify the ugly side of radical change.
