Ответить😪😪😪😪😪😪
ОтветитьI wish you were were my teacher
ОтветитьI do this question in another method but I got the same answer.
Ответитьwatching this for my exam
ОтветитьTHIS IS BETTER THAN YOUR TEACHER HANDING OUT PAPERS AND SAYING "do it"
ОтветитьNeed some clarification please. Isn't the final answer 8 1/12?
ОтветитьOnly you who can see you writing
Ответитьwhy just add the whole number 5+2= 7 then 1/4 + 2/3 = 11/12 much easier process i think prof.
ОтветитьThere is no reason to convert the mixed numbers to improper fractions. Just add the integers and the fractions separately, using the process you described to find the LCD. Then convert the resulting improper fraction, if such results, back to a mixed number and add it to the sum of your integers. Beauty here is that this works for any number of terms, even with negative numbers interspersed, and it keeps your fractions to a manageable level.

Teaches good
Ответить1. convert them into improper fractions
2. find a common denominator
3. add
4. simplify if you can
5. convert to mixed number again
