People be like ooo it's old shit. I mean... 23-mm gun is old sure. But literally everything else is new. Electric motors with manual backups. Fire control system with range finder and thermals, allowing to spot and target drones at any time of day, with data feed from radar.
23mm is meant to shoot at drones mostly, main effector against everything else are manpads missiles.
Overall, while it can be seen as a bit weird it should be effective.
