There's no reset button on my IMOU camera.

I reset it, the green light blink 2-3 times and turns solid green. Then after the scan, it shows "failed to add your device" when it tries to connect to the cloud. Where is the problem ?

How do you delete old camera ? When I scan QR code , it always show it is under an account already .

I have to reset mine and now it is asking for the device password when I try to live stream. I have tried every password I can think of and the SN of the device and none work. I tried to reset the password but it says failed to reset when I try to scan the QR code. I am getting so mad that I can't even see straight.

Due to lost mobile phone , dose not opening while scanning also , problem is unbound.
