Thank you for this. I'm a nurse and working 12 hour shifts can make your legs feel quite weak towards the end of shift. I really felt the strengthening here and this is not too long to do coming when in from work, Elinor x

Day 1:✅I’ve done it and it burned wow
Day 2:✅it burned a tiny bit less than yesterday I would say but i struggled more today also my calves felt the tiniest bit ever painful whilst doing it from yesterday
You always find ways to torture me in the least amount of time. It is truly amazing. Adding this one to my leg day arsenol!

ОтветитьOUCH! But it’s a good ouch. My left ankle is twice injured (badly), so as I get older, I feel compelled to strengthen it as much as I can.

Ответить@madfit Hi Maddy, would this video be considered good to strengthen the ankles and feet? I used to dance and have ankles that roll now. I am going to go to physical therapy but also want to incorporate targeted workouts into my daily life. I use your workouts regularly and am wondering if you have any videos that are for ankle and foot strengthening and training, and ankle and feet stretches, specifically targeting those areas?? Thank you soo much.
