Thank you for this. I'm a nurse and working 12 hour shifts can make your legs feel quite weak towards the end of shift. I really felt the strengthening here and this is not too long to do coming when in from work, Elinor x

Gonna do updates for this everyday
Day 1:✅I’ve done it and it burned wow
Day 2:✅it burned a tiny bit less than yesterday I would say but i struggled more today also my calves felt the tiniest bit ever painful whilst doing it from yesterday

Because of my post stroke 18 year ago on my left side, I can only do certain exercises because of muscle tone loss in my left calf.

OUCH! But it’s a good ouch. My left ankle is twice injured (badly), so as I get older, I feel compelled to strengthen it as much as I can.

@madfit Hi Maddy, would this video be considered good to strengthen the ankles and feet? I used to dance and have ankles that roll now. I am going to go to physical therapy but also want to incorporate targeted workouts into my daily life. I use your workouts regularly and am wondering if you have any videos that are for ankle and foot strengthening and training, and ankle and feet stretches, specifically targeting those areas?? Thank you soo much.
