I'm at level 91 and apparently nowhere near "mid-game". I just recently fabricated my first item. It took me forever to gather enough resources to build the fabricator. Maybe it's because I'm going it alone on single-player.

I would usually use snipers to get agroed by dinos safely, the possibilities are infinite

I personally think the sniper would gain A LOT if it could shoot special tranq ammo that could maybe knock out even the strongest of creatures in just a couple of hits.

I'm gonna work on a carno I saw on the beach to add another big attacker to the list

I dunno, it feels like I've solved most of my survival problems, but I've only been to the beach, the herbivore island, and my base is on the jutted rock island with a piranha pool in the center

The ocean seems workable except for the giga sized whale things, and I can't get near t-rex's I think, but otherwise where should I aim next?

Something to note is that the sniper breaks "REALLY" fast. It only lasts 70 shots before you need to replace it. It's basically made of garbage.

If you are using the scuba gear, get an itchysaurus and saddle it, they are possibly the fastest creature in ark, except they are limited to water, but i'm a mobile player so idk about pc/console

Industrial grinder is crappy to me I have everything else

Chainsaws are also one of the most deadly pvp melee weapons. It'll shred most armor and players in seconds.

Cryo pods can also be stolen by pegomastix so be careful about that. It's a super fast and easy way to loose a precious tame.
