I enter the name in resources sheet, after i filling up to the resources name, going back to resources sheet, the 1 to 8 i entered is missing, only shows 9 to 10

First I would like say thank very much for giving us imotant knowledge I followed your tutorial I love your tutorial .I have quastion regarding on cost Can ms project show exact budget project ?b/c there are so many materials which is not assigned in resource ?eg nails,wire,lumber,so many materal 2 Quastion is If we use unit rate for resources can we use over head ,vat,and profits which is totally differnt from the individual assigned materal 3rd can we assigned all material if it is indidual assigned material ,costs ,work ?
