ОтветитьNice, clear, fun and varied workout, thanks for sharing it! But I would not call this a high intensity workout, my HR did not go higher than 145 bpm, and I burned only 267 calories. According to my watch, this was a recovery training for me.

From a size 40 Jeans to a size 34 Jeans & gunning for size 32. It feels great to have an awesome workout session, burn calories, & shred fat during & after the workout. I just cut out a lot of sweets, crisp, chocolates, sodas, etc & incorporated your workouts, and boom, losing fat & weight.

And about calories, I burned only 299, but it's clear that it depends on the level of fitness, etc.

ОтветитьReally disappointed with the amount of cardio in the workout. I'm a seasoned triathlete and tried this workout on holiday.... 260 calories burnt (Garmin) with initial HR spike then low HR for rest. 1000 cal...no way!

ОтветитьWasn't feeling like it today but i did it and it was fun . Glad that i did it bcz ive been working so much to lose 10kgs and im here to lose more and feel confident ( already confident but want to be the best version of my self)
edit: i was 80kg now im 70kg. just exercising with no diet [im 180cm]
Sorry to be disheartened but this is not a killer work out or a 1000 calories burn. Felt more very relaxed and extremely low impact....
This is more a steady 50 low impact work out...doesnt feel like a HiiT exercise...i like the routine, could be used more for a relaxing work out or a stretch day.
