what size is the roll I just purchased the l1800 and it came with 11.8 inch roll I was wondering if a 13 inch roll would work since its a 13 inch printer

Mine doesn’t have that pad storage thingy… but came with the ink pad.

I am having issues with lining up the roller bar on the brackets my bar seems to be to long for the brackets and my square part of the bar is resting on the rollers attached to the bracket.

I'm pretty sure that she put the film on backwards because its supposed to be ( or print on) the matted side not the shiny side, so she has it upside down it needs to be flipped

Having issues with my inks printing. Only getting white ink on to the transfer no color I don’t even see the ink moving in the tubes. Then it’s just bubbles. My yellow looks like it’s sucking in waste ink so does my magenta and blue
