Thanks for subscribing! 🙏 Who should I film with next? 👊
ОтветитьYou douchebags gonna talk all day?
ОтветитьHis aikido more looks like krav maga
ОтветитьGotta day, another brilliant video.
ОтветитьSurprise attack = sucker punch?
ОтветитьI hear more explanation than technique 😊
ОтветитьThere are similarities to krav maga here when he talks about what are effectively the practical implications of "survival". A fascinating insight into practical and not artistic or demonstration aikido.
ОтветитьGreat!!
ОтветитьThis was an amazing interview and educational for those who think TKD,JKD, Akido, etc are not effective. Ritual and situational are very far apart.
ОтветитьWtf did I just watch
ОтветитьThis is the only akido guy that seems legit tbh
Ответить@KARATEbyJesse
You can kick harder than that.
With respect - wouldn't adding aggressive techniques already be counterintuitive to the nature of aikido itself?
Unless I'm mistaken, Ueshiba intentionally created this as a pacifistic offshoot of aikijujitsu. So in effect, what we see here if anything would be more a reversion to its more aggressive parent martial art and less a derivative of aikido. Correct me if I'm wrong?
Jesse, you attacked in slow motion, without any force behind. Can you repeat but with proper energy?
ОтветитьThe level of bs from akido master
ОтветитьI thought he looked good with his movements and his techniques looked good. That said I firmly believe 99% of people who talk about their martial art being 'self defense', 'survival', 'for the street', etc would loose to 99% of people who do a competitive martial art and compete at any high level. The idea that someones groin kick, eye poke, or attack on the ear drum is more dangerous/effective then a straight forward kick to the head from a Muytai fighter, or a punch from an experienced boxer, or a full force slam from a wrestler/judoka is ridiculous. I wouldn't say this man's Aikido would not work. But I doubt it is anymore effective in a real fight then the sport martial arts he seems dismissive of.
ОтветитьThat was the Aikido master her shows is not Aikido but it is the older form Taijutsu (the art of the body and spirit)
ОтветитьAikido is so effective like krav maga.. they are design for self defense . not for fighting in octagon ❤
