Seriously, when u have very flat butt it's painful to sit long periods on a flat surface. The discomfort is no joke. 😔

Don't think lustful thoughts all the time,it keeps butt hard, instead marriage or do s*x.
Also too much physical hard work like working in farms etc makes butt hard.
It doesn't mean ,in gym it's going to happen as well.
