I'm in the autism spectrum as they call it, nowadays it's not Asperger's it's autism spectrum disorder or something like that this really helps me. The sounds take me to another world while I'm trying to do something it's just amazing. Thank you.

The music is relaxing but 1) Aspergers is no longer considered a respectful/acceptable title and 2) no one needs to "treat" autism. You can alleviate the negative characteristics like sensory overload and all that but autism itself is not a diseases that needs to be treated
