There is one huge problem with doing psychedelics with some friends in a peaceful environment and doing them in a lab with probes stuck to your head....they work totally different.

Psychedelics should ONLY be called "Drugs" if the word Psychedelic comes first. But i would like to simply call it "Psychedelics" instead because they are NOT drugs as such. But in English drugs are also medicines, so there is a great failure there in the language that actually confusing people. Psychedelics are Medicinal drugs and Not Addictive drugs that you use for fun, like Alcohol or Morphine. I just want this sorted out in our popular culture as fast as possible because it actually hinders the evolution of the human mind with all misinterpretations and ideas that people are conditioned with, and when that happens people are not in a state of receiving and integrating information but instead in state of confusion about it, and simply drops it like a hot potato instead of investing in learning about what it really means to use these substances and why it is done and have been since early times in our history.

I have experimented with drugs, including mushrooms and truffles, but I’ve never had this experience or positive side-effect. In fact it’s usually the opposite. I still smoke a bit of weed and I’ve heard lots of people talk about DMT and how I can have positive side-effects but the thing that puts me off is two years ago and I don’t speak about it often, but my cousin did DMT and went into a psychosis. Thinking my aunt was the devil and stabbed her to death. It’s torn my whole family apart. If you don’t believe me I’ll link the new story from London, I obviously don’t speak to my cousin he was originally in a mental hospital, but I believe due to their amount of money we’re able to get a good lawyer and get him off and I’ll never speak to him again and more than likely that side of the family either. It’s just something to consider when taking mind altering drugs.

As someone who considers himself a veteran psychedelic user, I can tell you that these substances can completely alter your life and your view of reality. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my adult life, these medicines were things that helped me more than anything else. I've had many dozens of trips over my 40 years of life, mostly psilocybin mushrooms, but lsd as well. I'd also throw in mdma as it also helped me. However it wasn't until I did a high dose of dmt that I truly found out how far the rabbit hole really goes. A strong enough dose of dmt will send you to the "other side".. I can confirm that there is a whole new reality we can all access through different methods. A place that is so amazing and convincing it will change your life forever. It can vary for many on what they encounter, it depends on where you're at in life. For me I was blessed with receiving the unconditional infinite love from the beings that exist in that place. I had my breakthrough experience almost 4 years ago, and I still think about it everyday.

I've been microdosing LSD and been on a couple of MDMA & LSD-journeys, with intentions and reflection + afterwork. It has helped me tremendously with my traumas and ptsd-symptoms. Sometimes I stop, taking in the moment and realizing that I don't feel those threats as bad as before, walking in public or in a stressfull situation. It's really hard to comprehend, that you can rewire you're brain, with dedication, discipline, training, breath work, whatever it may be.

Funny how a new study showed plain meditation in beginners, beginners... had more effect than drugs when done right.... But it's still push drugs push drugs... Wonder why.. Can't be profit and possible side effects years later like for some drugs.... Meditation also somehow makes the body produce stuff it needs more even tho they can't explain how... Drugs don't do that

Looking for control in your life and creating an ironic situation where you have no understanding where you are isn’t what you want. I believe that you can achieve this deeper understanding of life and gain control by looking for the omens in life and trying to understand the worlds true language, universal love. I’m ignorant and insignificant, but I want to provide what I know at this point in my life because it may be interesting to see what another human thinks. That’s how I’d see it. Maybe it's hubris, but learning about the most advanced AI models made me think "this is exactly how the brain must work".
Just these vector spaces created by neural nets that encode complex concepts like the meaning of words or sentences, pointing into other vector spaces that encode complex concepts like the motions needed to pour a cup of coffee.
Of course, you can probably generalize this further, but I think that's a nice way of conceptualizing it. I can easily see how you could build something that works like a human brain like this.
