I was on a boogie board at Virginia Beach one time waiting patiently on my perfect wave. Then i saw it. I saw it coming from way out so i timed it and started my paddle. I nailed it! The wave picked me up and started rushing me toward the shore. I was like "YES!". Then it happened... i watched every bit of water thatbwas in front of me get pulled into the bottom of this wave and then it slammed me into the ocean floor, cramming the boogie board into my stomach so hard that it broke the board inside the fiber cover, and pummeled my ass all the way back to the shore. I got out and was done for the day but i will never forget watching the water disappear and seeing the sand that i was about to land on... Good times!

I have never thought of waves like that before haha!

Love that laugh! I surfed Malibu in my day and when you can hear that laugh someone was minutes from death but didn't die! And that made for the perfect day.😅

I don’t know how surfers do what they do!! They swim through crazy ass riptide infested waters like they are fish!! Like even tiny chics will be out there rippin shit up and makin them waves her bish! I’m not a strong swimmer AT ALL so I got mad respect not only for the surfers but for the ocean as well and that’s why I stay out of it for the most part. I’m a Pisces that can’t swim🤣🤣🤣
