How is this beneficial for us other than teaching us where the sliders are and helping us play with them? There is no explanation of WHY any of this is done. For example, WHY do we adjust shadows and highlights with a slider, and then separately in curves? WHY do you adjust each color channel in curves, and WHY do you only do a little change in calibration but more in HSL? Why not do it all in curves and HSL?
