Which is better for focusrite Scarlett 8i6, windows 10 or 11?

My pc crashes when drivers are being installed.. help

This is beyond frustrating I'm always seeing multiple issues yet never see anyone commenting any potential fixes for said issues my Focusrite 2i2 is looking more like a paperweight as its always flashing orange lights and the USB is flickering green tried getting in touch with Focusrite themselves and they were absolutely no help at all like wtf are we supposed to do with their gear if we cant get the stuff to work right at this point I'm about to cut my losses on this thing due to being at my wits end... if anyone has any insight on how to potentially fix anyone's Focusrite issues let each other know so we don't go insane trying to fix this stuff

Can i use this focusrite for concert? I want more or less decent sound, better than default laptop audio out. Also sound recording.
I want this: laptop -> focusrite -> audio mixing console (f.e. Yamaga MX12) -> speakers (800wt).

Which outputs to use: front side single TRS out or back side stereo pair outputs?
Also was wondering which audiocard is better: focusrite or Audioquest Dragonfly DAC?

Well matthew my interface did not work it will not allow me past the install soft screen it say the wrong operating system

I wished I had found this video in 2021 when I was first setting up my Focusrite 3rd Gen.
Didn't know squat about the drivers. And that registration did not appear when I'd first downloaded/installed.

Hi, i updated my Focusrite to ​Driver 4.65.5.658. and it's a disaster. No more sound in Pro Tools during recording or Playback! Any idea why? This is the 2nd time I try and it's the same issue.

I also ask if I can use the 2i2 on 2 different Mac(iMac and MacBook Air) and if I can download the programs at a later time.

Matthew, thanks for the video. I am in a church, we have been having trouble setting up camera audio inputs. I tried to update drivers, but it deleted them on the focusrite site. Now it says, "No hardware connected." How do I bring them back? I have no idea on the password. Help. Ron

My scarlett 2i2 is 2nd generation and is not Compatible with focusrite control. It works on my laptop but not on my new pc.

I order a used 4i4 from Guitar Center, and did not include correct cable. I tried my own usb c to usb a to connect to computer but my green connect USB light does not stay lit. when i unplug and plug, evrything lights up but then all light turn immediatly off. no connection found in Focusrite contraol. I am able to get a red light when touching 48v button?! HELP?! anyone?!
