Great info! I would love to know what are best ways to figure out macros. I am pregnant now but hope to do a show in 2016. Not sure I will have the budget for a coach so have to figure it out on my own.

I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to, But have been referring to your posing videos to help out somewhat:
Is there a way to help get the low back more "narrow" or tighter? Or is there an effective way to pose that will give this illusion? I've been practicing posing (thanks to your vids) and can do ok with front pose to make my waist look smaller, But back pose I am still wide. I am still in the fat burning/loss/cut phase of reaching my goals so I know with cardio and ongoing training I will eventually become more narrow/lean, however, my frame is naturally wide when I look at where my hips end (iliac crest) and my lower rib cage ends. The space between is not much (short torso) so the ability to get very narrow is unrealistic for my body type. I do not have "hips" I.e. curves and I'm working on building the booty!! Any advice, or a video, is much appreciated! Thanks!
Hey Lisette! Thank you sooo much for your videos! I love your posing videos the most and how you've broken it down to every little detail! You are absolutely amazing... I was wondering if you could do a video on body types? This is because I'm trying to compete in the bikini division but ive realized that my genetics is allowing me to build really big muscles. Its been pointed out to me several times that my bone structure and the way my physique is set up, plus the way I like to train is more fit for figure/fitness divisions.... But the thing is I really want to compete in bikini :) Is there any way I can continue to do that even though body parts like my legs are developing bigger than a bikini athlete? Thank you so much!!

I will admit this video freaked me out just a little bit just because I see so many competitiors that have the qualities that you advise against, based on your feedback. I'm trying to coach myself as much as I can and that's very difficult! However, after watching this, I know more of what I need to focus on! It's great to hear what the judges are looking for. ОтветитьFitness and bikini and even bodybuilding judges are nothing but a political Ring full of shit! Social media and all the selfish fucks out there have ruined it. " Wake up" to all the NPC presidents and promoters .. no changes for the competitor but you keep raising prices and making shows longer and longer and full of bullshit with bullshit guess posers. Spend some of that money and put it back into the sport . Calling out all of you to step it up and stop being selfish fucks!!!!
