how to upload files in s3 if ec2 instance is created/using by role and it has full S3 access - does any knows about any tool or wiki? i don't want to use secret key/id

Hi GTD, thanks for the video, it answered quite a few questions i had about S3.
I'm currently setting up my website to sell downloadable videos, which are quite large files. Im using woo commerce but the downloads are capped at 64mb. My questions are: can S3 be used to host then deliver my large files? Is this the best method of selling my files? If so how would i set this up?
Id appreciate your help.
