What is Fetch? Fetch TV Box explained!

I have to give a presentation on my we should be selling Fetch Boxes to my team. Tossing up just freebooting this for my presentation.

I tried installing fetch after my telstra tv wouldn't turn on . I received no code from telstra nor🎉 did I receive a pin number . Nobody can help me with this . As soon as we get to pin number because I don't have1 I can't go any farther so can't watch my normal tv . Only through the apps . I have become very angry. This is far to difficult For an elderly to try & set have to get some help. Got in touch with fetch before I could talk to a person from fetch , asked me for my card details , I will be telling anyone who will listen about my experience & advice do not get 1.

Is there a way to do a hard/factory reset? as the screen is stuck on your account is currently suspended.
