What Tripod did you put the light on?

the true "con" of the light is not "app doesn't look cool" which is completly subjective and doesn't even matter much sicne 99% of the time you will only use the buttons on the light itself.
If you wan't to talk about cons how about these:
- the lamp has a permanent bluetooth transponder that will drain you battery within a day even when the whole thing is powered down
- the barn doors do nothing since they are a) too small and even worse b) reflective on the inside. They are entirely fake and not constructed in a way that has any purpose.
- the hinge part with the camera hotshoe is made of cheap, thin plastic. You know its the weak spot that will be the first thing on the YN300 to break right when you first try to mount the light anywhere.

I have this light and i actually like it, because its cheap + thin + bright + can be both battery/plug driven.
