Another line Grant has that I LOVE is "explain that", or "can you explain that to me more". That line is great. You're digging in for more info without really having to dig in for more info.

How do you cold qualify your approach if all you know is problems you HAVE solved not all the possible problems they have that are EVEN more Valuable to solve for them. How do I find out THOSE problems to solve for my clients.
