️ 12+ Fixes for Start Button not Working in Windows 10 - 2020 - Cortana, Edge, Taskbar Not Working

Hi, my windows 10 start menu does not close automatically after I click on something in the jump list like it used too until I click on the screen somewhere. It has been doing this now for about 2 weeks. I have done a system reinstall but the problem was still there so then I did a full clean install on a new SSD and it fixed it but now today an app did an update and right away I had the same problem back, I have searched the internet but have not been able to find anything about, do you have any idea's what could be the problem.
