my 3080 is broken so now im looking into the 7900xtx, the 4080 just seems too expensive to go to just 1 generation later than my current card. right now they seem to be about $840. now should i wait until black Friday or just after to see if it goes lower, or just get it at the current pre black Friday prices?

Wait till cyber monday or better yet. wait till next year after all the new releases than this stuff will be dirt cheap. If you can hold out 6 months you will save a grand easy

my plan for black friday is to buy everything for a computer besides the gpu. slap my 3070 in there and wait until the amd 8000 series come out

Really don't understand the 1080ti price. Looking at the sold items on ebay this number does bear out but I can never find anything close to this in the live listings. It's usually 130+.

Is the 6750xt worth $20 more then the 6700xt on sale or should I just go with the 6700xt? Not sure if anymore deals will popup or if they are all out now.

Hey personally I’m a Nvidia love I just like how they have the recording software built-in and set up driver updates are easy if you had to recommend something from 500 to $700 which would the best card in your opinion be unless you have something better performance wise for the price and it’s just a no-brainer I would like a RX recommendation

Im waiting for 29th to get a good deal. There is a cashback deal where i buy my hardware usually for amd hardware, but idk.. Im more of a discount fan and less a cashback fan.. Its been awhile but I finally got my first part to start a pc build, a xfx 7700xt! Used but barely. I got it for significantly cheaper than any new gpu will be for black friday. Really stuck between a 7500f & 7600 cpu. I know performance is close but I find having a igpu would be extremely helpful for troubleshooting graphics cards, settings, etc when not having a spare gpu. I thought all am5 cpus had one but I guessed wrong.

I need help with upgrading my AM4 setup.

Currently, I’m using an AM4 system with a Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 2060, 32GB of 3200MHz RAM, and an MSI B550 Tomahawk motherboard.
I feel like my GPU is starting to fall short, and I’d like to upgrade. What should I do?

I have two options:

1)Buy a Ryzen 7 5700X3D and a Radeon RX 7900 XT – cost after selling my CPU and GPU: $349.
2)Switch to AM5 – cost after selling my entire AM4 PC (I already have a buyer): $474.
Specs:
Ryzen 5 7600
Radeon RX 7900 XT
MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi
GOODRAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz RAM

upgraded to a 5700x3d cpu a few months ago and looking at gpus like this im really into getting the 7700xt or the 7800xt. Definitely want the 7800xt if its on a good sale or 7700xt if i can get one with a nice cooler/heatsink for the quieter operations.

I'm unsure what to do right now. I have a 5900x, 3070 8GB, 32GB RAM setup, but I know I get very low 1% lows at higher settings in 1440p in single player games sometimes in the single digits, but for sure 30's. I'm actually disappointed in jumping on the hype at the 3070 launch after watching all your videos now. It seems like a GPU would be the most benefit to my setup, so I'm just waiting at the moment.

I command my 9800x3d and Asus tuf x870-plus, Noctua N-15 with corsair vengeance RGB CL36 , i am just thinking about the difference between CL30 and CL36 ? Thx for advise

Why is the 6950xt not mentioned in the 400$-600$ catigory? The gre is the best one according to the list but the 6950xt has similar boost clock speed but more core clock speed and cheaper.
