Native Instruments Guitar Rig 6 - Now with All the Effects & Amplifiers You Could Ever Want!

I just ordered a guitar and didn’t even notice it said special offer with this and I wasn’t sure I got it went to the email and sure enough I got this for free

This thing is for CHILDREN. Please let me state my case. I have been playing guitar for 40 years. In Imy opinion this software sounds DATED, NI with the resources and talent you guys have you should be ashamed of yourselves. I know we get what we pay for ( GUITAR RIG $150), (AMPLITUBE MAX $500 +) ( LINE 6HELIX $2'000 +) (Positive Grid Bias Platinum Bundle $600+)...You get the Picture. I hope this sad excuse of an Amp Sim is not about affordability, because as a long time NI product user I (we) have shown that we are willing to shell out the cash for QUALITY Hardware and Software (your Shit ain't exactly CHEEP😵‍💫.) PLEASE GUYS NO APOLOGIE OR EXCUSES, JUST DO BETTER NEXT TIME. I was going to go on a rant about the details of shitty sound and counterintuitive GUI interface, but most of you guys (and girls), who have been using amp sims for a while, like about 10 years +... Know the point I'm trying to make.......BOOMER BEND, MIKE DROP😎.

It sounds pretty good though. It's basically a Soundtoys style effects rack that came along way before the Soundtoys effects rack. And of course an amp emulator etc. The first amp, Chicago, and the second, Fire Breather (whatever that is) sounded excellent. I never thought I'd say those words about software. Guitar rig isn't considered a serious amp simulation like some of the other players but I don't know man....I think this is pretty nice. I wonder how it would feel like through proper mains? Something like Geithain 901k or large PMC mains. I am wondering if the feel that people talk about isn't there because most monitors just can't match the large speakers and levels of actual amps.

Plz check, u dont buy the ability to play guitar, so the guitar rig 6 will not sounds like that on your home ^^

There really is no reason to own tube amps anymore. If you want to waste your money, then go right ahead and spend $2K or more to get only a couple of tones from a tube amp. Be prepared to deal with the expense and hassle of changing tubes and getting tickets from the cops when they come because your tube amp is so loud.
I know somebody is going to say, "I'm a pro and can tell the difference." No, you can't. These amp sims are so good now that you can't tell the difference. I've done the old Coke/Pepsi blind taste test countless times and even hard-core players can't tell the difference. In fact, I've set up a $5K tube amp rig for them to see... but what they are really hearing is a modeler. They are fooled every time. "Man, that sounds awesome!" Yeah, it does. It's the amp sim.
The one mistake that many guitarists make that make amp sims sound bad is when they crank it through a guitar amp. No. The guitar amp and guitar speakers will color and kill the sound. You need to crank the signal through a FRFR (full range flat response) monitor. And you need to CRANK it and move a ton of air, just like you would a tube amp. People always think louder things sound better. Too many rookies think that tube amps sound better only because the tube amp is always played loud and amp sims are too often played at a low volume.

FYI right on their site (as of today) it says the Demo version comes with all the presets. IT DOESN'T! You have to spend $199. I got someone on chat that said that's a mistake. Ugh.
