How to copy/move eclipse project from one computer to another

when i am exporting a project name DIALER.....error is coming....its saying DIALER/bin/jarlist.cache :Resources is out of sync with the file system...what should i do??

i need to copy the jar file from by linux machine to another server

why do the eclipse do this kind of thing, why can't i just copy and paste the folder?

this gave me the clue I needed to transfer some projects from one workspace to another. I used the file option instead since I didn't need to compress them.

sir, i have a question how to transfer the finished project based on servlets and JDBC(with mysql DB) into another computer so that it will work fine in another computer where eclipse is not installed ...plz help me out.......

I had a question: If there are referenced libraries that my project includes, would those be located in the archive? Or would I need to transfer them separately?
