[FIXED] How To Fix Audio Delay 2022 Streamlabs OBS & Elgato HD60S - 3 Options Explained (English)

What i did:

(1) Add source
(2) Under general sources, choose audio input capture
(3) Double click on audio input capture(menu will open)
(4) Mute desktop audio
(5) Mute video capture device also
(6) Click on the arrow for audio input device
(7) Under audio monitoring, select arrow and choose "monitor and output"
(8) Also download sound capture on both streaming pc and gaming pc
(9) Open sound capture on streaming pc, use audio input "hdmi game capture hd60X" or whatever capture card you have.
(10) Open sound capture on gaming pc, then choose where you want to hear sound, pc speaker, monitor speaker, ect
(11) Under that choose output, (hd60x nvidea high defintion) in my case.

that works for me, no more delays, hope that help you too
