When my kid brother died my mom cried like that. I had to be strong, took me months to break, i wouldnt cry at home, i was at my gfs wen it all cwme out. The neighbor and her teen girls heard me crying, they said it sounded like i cried with my soul, it broke their hearts.. they came over, my gf and her mom n them jus hugged me all at once and i cried. We didnt date much longer i was too much for anyone to handle n wanted to be alone but that comfort ill never forget.

All the scenes were truly amazing, and I... jeez was bawling out, especially where Ed Harris was performing the CPR, and also the prison scene with the young daughter. I honestly am a person, who cannot actually watch these scenes. God knows, why I started watching it.

The ending broke my heart. Crying just watching the clip. My all time favorite Denzel movie.

I think the loud music undermines the sad feelings from each scene. The music needs to be subtle. We need to hear it without realizing it's actually there.

As a father of a girl in the same age as the guy on the death row's daughter, that "good bye daddy" scene just crushed me. I had seriously problems breathing. It was like I shared his moment when reality struck in that I would be separated from the one only thing I am living for.
