Things that ruin this game Cronus Zen, the movoment is way to fast, slide canceling, reload canceling and the damage cap way to high.

All them buttons pointless you can play regular map jump to up on d pad prob solved you play crab kinda like claw only on left side of controller so you can be old and slow on the right side but jump on ppl like crazy 🤣🫡

Im 37 my reaction times have slowed since I was younger lol but very good info I will try to learn, I moved from cod after black ops 2 to battlefield and just bought MW3 a couple days ago already prestige 1 but want to improve unfortunately my signal doesn't help me too much on kd ratio latency can be ridiculous emptying mags into people or rubber banding 😭

Sony does sell a paddle kit because I own one and its very easy to set up too very cost effective I would recommend

The best way to slide cancel is to only slide once and press A or use the paddles that are assigned to A you won’t need to tap the analog stick more than once it’s actually a lot easier than the mw1 to slide cancel but mw1 slide cancel was still more broken by a mile

I'm sure I'm cancelling my slide just as well with click the R3 in to activate the sprint again. Slide > Sprint > Aim

There is another method for people that are playing without back buttons and do not play claw:
Go to controller
Edit button layout
Custom button layout
Jump button L3
Slide button R3

Or you can go into accessibility and change your o button to r1 or l1 whatever feels most comfortable and u can slide like that without having to play bumper jumper tactical. Thats what i did and its a game changer in sliding without removing your hand on the analog. Hope that helps anyone.

I have a solution to the thumb off analog stick problem! Claw! (I use half claw)

The bumper jumper tactical is also in mw2 and you should have this on if your aggressive and don’t play claw. You can practice the feeling in mw2 so you can get used and it shouldn’t take long to get used to. For me is took me less than a hour

You could just do a custom bind and swap melee and slide so you don’t have to jump with L1

It’s the exact freaking game as mw2. People see a slight change to movement or how much recoil a gun has a say ohh this is gonna be the best cod ever . Same cycle every year

I've had scuf, current modded my controller with the extremerate rise 4 kit. Literally less than a quarter of the price and I've had it on my controller for a year now and it works perfectly

So I've noticed just pressing jump cancels the slide just fine, I don't think you need the old style of crouch crouch jump

What i do is i flip L1 and L2 with r1 and r2 and when u do that its a way easier to do it

For the people that want a paddled ps5 controller but don't want to shell out for a scuf there's a simple kit you can buy that doesn't need soldering (unless you want to remap l3 or r3) called Rise Remap kit by Extremerate. It's very cost effective and works great.
