as an INFJ it is actually a fucking curse, being male while also disliking human interaction is just mind boggling. you literally have to mask yourself in every situation you are in and its agonizing.

As an infp i was sad that i've got unseated, and then glad that people are going to be kinder towards nature, and then sad again because if this continues the world would stop spinning 😆

Thank you! While I agree that it really doesn't matter which type is the rarest, I think there's a lot of data to break down in this video. The implications of societal evolution abound, and it's exciting to see this in real time. I know more INFJs than most sensing types, but I suppose that could be because intuitives tend to go deeper with other intuitives, so perhaps I don't connect deeply enough with most sensing types to be able to type them.

The biggest problem I see with more people self identifying as Thinking types... is most people are stupid.
These fake Thinking types seem to explain the virtue signaling woke culture.
Instead of actually being Thinking types and/or genuine (preferably common sense included)Feeling types

ENTJs uprooted the INFJs from their position by sheer determination and will as we realized there were too many of us, and figured out some other personality types were posing as ENTJs. We made our very well crafted points with other supposed ENTJs to convince them they were otherwise so we could finally get things done. Only true ENTJs could counter argue or didn't care, but those that took our arguments personally or got upset later re-tested as INFJs, even if they were INFJs to begin with. It took a while, but we're glad to see the results are bending our way. We've won. It was enivtiable. You're welcome. - ENTJ.

Frank i just want to point out that this information is outdated and wrong given how there have been studies that show that up to 75% of the world is made up of extroverts and that there are clearly more feelers in the world than thinkers. Base on my observations and calculations, I've estimated that esfps are the most common types making up 20.475% of the world's population with intjs (my type) being the rarest at only making up 1.05% of the world's population. I'll show all of my full calculations once I find the notebook I've wrote all of the numbers in.

Hard to count on those statistics because for me personally, I wanted to get the INFJ and so I did. I think a lot of people don't answer really truly honestly.

I'm a INFJ, we are rarest type. Being rare is not bad, dont let feelings and others make you weak, you can have your feelings and know how to develope it, be special. We masochist, contradiction is not bad, let you see the two sides of the coin and the middle, our characteristics make you rare in nature because people cant deal with that much, feelings and thinking in the same time and in the right way, is very hard but with the greatest results. People can pretend to by INFJs but never really be one

Man, I think it was too much fuss about infj personality and it was to idealized so that everyone wanted to be special and considering the confirmation bias, I m not surprised more people identify as infj. Anyway I m glad that is not the rarest type anymore although I partially identify as one - 'cause it started to be annoying.

As INTP i doubt this highly as i don't know how these stats where acquired. Stats are easily biased or mistaken.

Yeah so this really only means that ENTJs are least interested in Myer Briggs types, doesnt surprise me. ENFP is probably so high cause were psychology nerds.

As an ENTJ I have not seen an increase of new videos on our type whatsoever. And I can see why, I think the INFJ did so well with marketers as the rarest type because it had the perfect mix of elements of mystery, kindness, edginess and covertness to make it attractive. ENTJs? The type that are usually villain and nightmare for people? Not so much. Or so they think....

great now instead of "I'm INFJ uhh.....the rarest type...." we can say: I'm an INFJ!!!! i relate to Elsa, Yoda, Gandolf, dumbledoor, and the moment i saw that green wizard i knew it was true!

uhhhhhh hope that time i retook the test instead of doing my homework and got INFP and then retook it again doesn't have much 2 do with this because i 101% or maybe 99% sure i'm an INFJ

but there is things like retaking the test too many times that in changes...so we really can never fully know, and i know lots of people who have no idea about 16 personalities. but this lifts the weight of "maybe I just want 2 be rare and am not really." I have always felt like bronze looks cooler 2 me than gold does.

I've never done any of these tests before. I Just believe I am what I am. Although I do find it interesting on reading up on INFJs coz I heard that's what Elon Musk is a I admire his work... but I'm not one of those people that is all of a sudden become a rocket "scientist" just because thats what he does... I like his mind and the way he thinks. And he's definitely very rare... I mean how many others In the world is doing what he's doing and achieving what he achieves? Hardly any...

INFJs will be taking over other types in numbers, slowly but surely will be climbing up, becoming one day in the future the least rarest type. This is only logical: evolution increases the numbers of those who have the most favorable traits and for humankind what INFJs bring in is priceless. An INFJ here and speaking not from vanity but from joy that the world is becoming a better place.

I guess that INFJ will be considered the rarest type regardless of stats, because they are perceived as weird and mysterious.

I'm surprised that ENTJ is the rarest type and was one of the rarest. I think their personality traits are quite common, at least compared to INFJ's.

A few things,

Not everyone on earth takes these MBTI quizzes, and I think there are many many more Extroverts out there who are not interested in taking them or learning about them, vs MBTI being more interesting for Introverts.

Next, whether it’s ON RECORD as the rarest or not, the INFJ is easily still the most misunderstood personality type, which is the whole reason many of us (INFJs) took pride in the “rarest” accolade, because it was a vindicating statistic for us to at least feel defended or represented in a world that we just don’t seem to fit in as well as everyone else.

My girlfriend is an ENFJ (more rare now, than me apparently lol) and yet she doesn’t struggle with feeling misunderstood because guess what, she’s an Extrovert, and ultimately doesn’t care, because she is the type of person who is going to typically speak before she thinks whereas I will think before I speak. In other words she doesn’t care about being understood, and she also doesn’t care about taking the MBTI quiz.

If anyone thinks I’m basing my logic off this one person, you are the type of person I’m talking about when I say, INFJs are misunderstood lol. I am using her as an example of my observations. INFJs are great observers and this has been an explanation with a supporting example of mine.

ENFJ here. Thanks for making me feel like more of a weirdo... :P JK. On the other hand, my ENTJ commander friends make the most money. Seriously. I gotta use more "thinking skills" to get on their level. But i get too emotionally invested in people, as an ENFJ.

Kinda glad I beat INTJ because I had some sort of inferiority complex around them (when I first started MBTI) but now I'm comfortable and confident in my function stack that I wouldn't have it any other way! (Just need someone to take care of me lol)

After a really long time (2 years) of studying and understanding cognitive function.. I've finally reached the conclusion that I'm an ENFJ. Ive been mistyped as an ENxP for the longest time as I've never seen myself as an organized or inflexible person I'm the way I believed Ni users had to be (completely based on stereotypes..) but now I know I cannot be anything but a Fe dom and Ni dom. My dad is an ENTJ and I have to say I've never met anyone like him .. it's kinda funny that were both apparently the "rarest" types
